madmauro Posted December 21, 2003 Report Share Posted December 21, 2003 Io ricordo un disco inizio 1990 DOUG LAZY-LET THE RHYTHM PUMP che entro nella DJP , sempre del 1990 la bellissima SUCKER DJ-DIMPLESS D che riprendeva la sigla di Mia moglie e' una Strega... del 1991 citerei la mitica JOY SALINAS con ROCKIN ROMANCE e L.U.P.O con SO HARD nel 1992 indubbiamente gli SNAP RHyTHM IS A DANCER E RAMIREZ con ORGASMICO nel 1993 chi se la ricorda PAN dei DANCE TO TRANCE? e poi la stupenda voce di ROBIN S. con il primo singolo SHOW ME LOVE... il 94 e' l'anno dei LA BOUCHE con SWEET DREAMS e degli EINSTEIN DR DJ con AUTOMATIK SEX nel 95 svetta per me CORONA con TRY ME OUT poco valorizzato e gli USURA con THE SPACEMAN e naturalmente ROBERT MILES anche se io nn lo vedo cosi' eccezzionale anche se ha segnato qualcosa...il 96 e' un anno un po' HOUSEGGIANTE dove per me spiccano SANDY B con MAKE THE WORLD GO ROUND ripresissima negli ultimi anni e KEEP PUSHIN di BORIS DOUGKASH... il 97 vede secondo me gli AQUA con BARBIE GIRL e i DAFT PUNK con AROUND THE WORLD il 98 e' l'anno di NEJA RESTLESS e dei VAMDUE PROJECT con KING OF MY CASTLE nel 99 preferisco GIGI D'AG con ANOTHER WAY e gli EIFFEL65 con BLUE niente a che vedere con le porcherie di adesso... Per il 2000 mi sono piaciuti molto gli UNCONDITIONAL MAGIC FEET e SPILLER con GROOVE JET il 2001 MARKUS con ELEKTRONIC e i PART'N'ONE con I'M SO CRAZY... per il 2002 come nn citare MOONY con DOVE e i PRAISE CATS con SHINED ON ME per il 2003 metterei PANJABI MC con MUNDIAN TO BACKche e CALL ME di DINO.... mi son dilungato? Oggi forse non otterrebbe lo stesso successo, in quanto di furti e riadattamenti di brani storici in chiave dance ce ne sono una vagonata ma all'epoca fu un'idea originale e accolta molto positivamente in tutta Europa, arrivando al numero 1 pressoché ovunque. L.A. STYLE - JAMES BROWN IS DEAD Beh intanto complimenti perchè dai titoli che hai messo si capisce che sei un esperto o perlomeno hai vissuto in pieno quegli anni. E soprattutto sei uno dei pochi qui (anche Geppo e....me) che non è "commercializzato". Non sono però d'accordo con il tuo commento su "Children" che per me è e rimane uno dei migliori dischi di sempre e di ogni genere musicale. A parte questo i titoli che hai elencato sono davvero storici e pure io ho il vinile di parte di quei dischi, rimasti li da quando mi dilettavo a fare il dj per hobby, . Purtroppo appartengono ad un genere, la tecno di inizio anni 90, che oramai non esiste più. Tra quelli che hai elencato il mio preferito era "Cross Over" di Digital Boy che non ebbe un successo straordinario come gli altri dischi e men che meno rispetto a "This Is Mutha F**er". "Poing" quasi inascoltabile ai limiti dell'hardcore (nella versione che ho io) mentre molto orecchiabili i Datura. Molto bello "We Need Freedom" Grazie di avermi fatto rituffare in un passato che musicalmente è ormai morto e vive solo nei nostri ricordi.
