D4NY Posted November 3, 2005 Report Share Posted November 3, 2005 E' decisamente una cosa particolare. Qui in Piemonte è un "must" soprattutto nelle zone agricole legate alla tradizione popolare. E' un piatto che non ha vie di mezzo, lo si ama o lo si odia. E' un mix di verdure (cardo, sedano, peperone, rapetta) che vengono messe sopra una specie di fornellino di coccio con il fuoco sotto che le fa riscaldare in un liquido (la "bagna") a base di aglio e olio. La si mangia tutti insieme e ha parecchie varianti, c'è chi mette pure il latte. A me come gusto piace molto, di sicuro non la mangerei il sabato sera prima di un appuntamento galante perchè come puoi immaginare ogni volta che apri bocca rischi di stendere qualcuno.
