This is Zymotix - Feel My Love. It's the clone mix (although both the clone mix and the club mixes sound really similar). I have this track on vinyl and yup, a proud owner of it as well.

 

EDIT: This track is awesome but I have to say that the club mix of this song is really cool as well. : .
